Eligibility
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the state of Wisconsin, 18 years old or older, who own or have access to a computer with Internet access and an email address. Offer void where prohibited. Employees of Journal Interactive, the Journal Sentinel Inc., and their respective agencies, subsidiaries and parent companies, or their immediate families or those residing in the homes of each are not eligible to participate or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No mechanically reproduced or electronically reproduced entries will be accepted. All current Admail subscribers who have confirmed their registration to receive Admail will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter
Participants may enter by becoming a member of the Journal Interactive network, signing up to receive Admail and clicking the link in the confirmation e-mail. You may then log back in to the network to update your "profile", including your first name, last name, address, and daytime phone. All entries become the property of Journal Interactive and will not be returned. Only one entry per e-mail address allowed.

Sweepstakes period
The sweepstakes period ends December 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. central time.

Azana Salon and Spa Gift Card - Valued at $50 (3 to be given away)

Prize Restrictions
The number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. All taxes on prize, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes are not transferable or negotiable. No substitutions for prizes are permitted except at the discretion of Sponsor. Prizes not claimed 24 hours of delivery of notification will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor's discretion. One prize per household.

Drawing and Awarding of Prizes
Winner will be determined in a random drawing of all eligible entries on or about Friday, January 9th, 2009. Journal Interactive, whose decisions and interpretation of these rules are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes, will determine winner. Prize winners will be notified by e-mail. To claim a prize, winner should follow the instructions contained in their notification.

Winner may be required to sign and submit an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' names, addresses, voice and/or likenesses for advertising or promotional purposes in all forms of media worldwide without further compensation or payment, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsors, users or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a user's ability to participate in this sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspect this sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsors' control inhibit or corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes, and Sponsors may disqualify any person who engages in or attempts any such activity. Rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Wisconsin law, excluding choice of law provisions.
