Recipes

Monthly Wine Recommendation
A treat from Australia, near the Margaret River, Wildberry Estate produces another winner. A blend of Cabernet and Merlot, this shows intense black body with a crimson hue.
The aroma is jam-packed with rich raspberries and dark cherries.
Subtle oak exposure is evident through the delicate influence of vanilla and smokiness. The tannins are ripe and fine, giving a velvety feel with a silky smooth finish. Rich and delicious, this is a great bottle to pair with a steak on the grill while enjoying the last few weeks of nice weather. $14 a bottle.
-John W. Schaal, Jr. of Vino 100 in Wauwatosa
